Enjoyed Your Review.From my viewpoint I dont think labels help a lot.Hovever they say they are needed!I, like yourself, agree with Dr. Holland’s main thesis.I also think that his “communal” stance has enormous ramifications.The individualistic emphasis of so much “conservative” thinking links, in my view,such with Dr. Bultmann!We await development from Doctor Holland in his new work on Romans.

In my opinion one of the better reviews! You are certainly correct in saying that “conservatives” hold to the individualistic perspective.This view, as I’m sure you are aware, was given great impetus by the “Pietist”Movement”.I presume you are a Lutheran? I would like to talk with you more about the Lutheran situation in Australia.
